SlayDots Business Terms of Sale
Last updated: 22 October 2026
The short version
- SlayDots sells to businesses only. We do not sell to consumers.
- BUNBUN LABS LIMITED is the seller on every order.
- At checkout you pay for the goods only. Shipping, import duty and import taxes are shown as an estimate. When your goods reach our shipping agent's hub in China, we invoice the actual amounts. You pay that invoice within 7 days, and then your goods ship.
- Prices exclude VAT, GST and SST. We are not registered for VAT.
- You can buy now, join a group-buy pool, order a full own-brand run, or ask for a quote. Each is paid differently.
- Only a confirmed checkout or an accepted written quote is binding. Nothing our AI assistant says is binding. After checkout you cannot change or cancel, except by leaving a pool before it fills.
- We sample every new product before its first listing or pool.
- Goods arrive duty-paid: you pay nothing to customs or the carrier on delivery. Check them on delivery and report damage or shortage within 7 days.
- We pass on the factory's warranty. It starts on the day of delivery.
- Our liability is capped at what you paid for the order concerned.
- Scots law applies.
This summary is for convenience. If it differs from the sections below, the sections win.
1. Who we are
1.1 SlayDots (slaydots.com) is run by BUNBUN LABS LIMITED ("BunBun Labs", "we", "us").
1.2 BUNBUN LABS LIMITED is a UK company registered in Scotland. Company number: SC896662. Registered office: Albert Drive, Glasgow, Scotland, United Kingdom. We are not registered for VAT.
1.3 We are the seller of record on every order. You buy from us. You do not buy from the factory or from our shipping agent.
1.4 Contact us:
- Email: [email protected]
- WhatsApp: +84 35 748 1850
1.5 We source products from factories in China that we have vetted.
1.6 These terms apply to every sale we make through slaydots.com, WhatsApp or a written quote. Group-buy pools also follow our Pool Rules. If the Pool Rules and these terms differ for a pool, the Pool Rules win. If a written quote that we approved differs from these terms, the quote wins for that order.
1.7 We sell to businesses only: shops, cafés, installers, resellers and offices. By ordering, you confirm that you are buying for your business and not for personal use. We make no consumer sales.
1.8 In these terms and the Pool Rules, "days" means calendar days.
2. Your business account
2.1 Anyone may browse the site and use the chat assistant.
2.2 To check out, you need a business account. We ask for:
- company name and contact name
- email and WhatsApp number
- country and delivery address
- tax or VAT number, where your country has one
2.3 Give true and complete details. Keep them up to date.
2.4 You are responsible for everything done through your account. Keep your login private. Tell us straight away if someone else may be using it.
2.5 You pick your country when you visit. The catalog then shows only products that are legal to sell in that country. We sell and deliver only in Malaysia, Singapore, the United Kingdom and the Netherlands. Your country decides your currency. For pools, it also decides the pool's shipping route. You stay responsible for how you use and resell the goods.
2.6 We may ask you to prove that you are a business, for example with a company or tax number. If we cannot confirm it, we may refuse or cancel the order (section 3.5).
3. Orders and quotes
3.1 There are four ways to order:
| Order type | What it is | When you pay for the goods |
|---|---|---|
| Buy now | A product from the catalog, at the price shown. | 100% when you order. |
| Pool | A group-buy that helps reach the factory's minimum order quantity (MOQ). | 30% deposit when you join. The 70% balance is due within 5 days after the pool fills. You may pay 100% upfront instead. |
| Full own-brand run | A whole factory MOQ under your own brand. | 30% when you order. 70% before the goods leave the factory. |
| Quote on request | A written quote we prepare for your request. | As the accepted quote says. |
For every order type, shipping, import duty and import taxes are invoiced separately, when the goods reach our hub in China (section 5).
3.2 Only two things bind you and us: a confirmed checkout, or a written quote that you accept. Product pages, prices on the site, chat messages and WhatsApp messages are not offers. Nothing else is binding.
3.3 Every binding quote is approved by a person at BunBun Labs. A quote says what you get and what you pay. It stays open for 7 days. If you accept it in that time, it becomes a binding order. If you do not, it lapses.
3.4 After a confirmed checkout or an accepted quote, you cannot change or cancel the order. The one exception: you may leave a pool until it reaches its target (Pool Rules, section 9).
3.5 We may refuse or cancel an order before it ships if:
- the price or product details on the site were clearly wrong
- we cannot confirm that you are a business, or your details
- the product cannot legally be sold or delivered to your country
- the factory cannot supply it
If we cancel, we refund what you paid for that order or line (section 12.7).
4. Our AI assistant
4.1 The chat assistant on the site is an AI, not a person. We label it as an AI.
4.2 It answers with catalog cards. It can make mistakes.
4.3 Nothing it says is binding. Check the price, specs and delivery window at checkout or in your written quote.
4.4 Anonymous visitors get about 10 messages. After that, we ask for a WhatsApp number or email.
4.5 If you want to talk to a person, use WhatsApp.
4.6 Do not type card numbers, passwords or other secrets into the chat.
4.7 Our Privacy Notice explains how we use chat messages.
5. Prices, shipping and import charges
5.1 Prices are in the currency of your country: MYR, SGD, GBP or EUR.
5.2 Prices exclude VAT, GST and SST. We are not registered for VAT, so our invoices do not include VAT. Import duty and import taxes (for example import VAT or GST) are passed on to you at cost in the shipping invoice (section 5.5).
5.3 Goods price. This is what you pay at checkout. It is the factory quote plus our markup, converted at the day's rate, plus a 5% buffer for currency and cost swings. It is fixed when you order. It does not change later. Pools have tier prices (Pool Rules, section 2).
5.4 Shipping, duty and tax estimate. The product page also shows an estimate of shipping, import duty and import taxes, based on our shipping agent's rate card and the published duty and tax rates. It is an estimate only. You do not pay it at checkout.
5.5 Shipping invoice. Our shipping agent ships under a delivered-duty-paid (DDP) arrangement. It acts as importer of record and pays import duty and import taxes in advance. BunBun Labs is not the importer of record. When your goods reach our hub (our shipping agent's consolidation warehouse in China), we confirm the actual shipping charge, import duty and import taxes for your goods, and send you a shipping invoice. The actual amount may be higher or lower than the estimate.
5.6 Pay the shipping invoice within 7 days of the invoice date. We release your goods for delivery once it is paid.
5.7 If the shipping invoice is not paid within 7 days, we may charge storage at the hub, at cost, until it is paid. If it is still unpaid 30 days after the invoice date, we may sell or dispose of the goods to recover what you owe: the shipping invoice, storage and the costs of the sale. We will give you written notice by email or WhatsApp at least 7 days before we do this. We pay you any money left over from a sale. If a sale brings in less than you owe, the rest stays due.
5.8 Your own tax obligations stay yours: for example, charging and accounting for sales tax when you resell, and reclaiming import VAT or GST where your law allows. We do not promise that you can reclaim import taxes.
5.9 Card fees are already in our prices. We add no card surcharge.
5.10 Prices on the site can change. A change never affects the goods price of an order you have already confirmed. For a quote, the price in the quote applies.
6. Payment
6.1 You can pay by bank transfer or by card. Payments are processed through Airwallex or Stripe.
6.2 Section 3.1 shows what you pay for the goods and when. Section 5 covers the shipping invoice. For pools, the Pool Rules give the details.
6.3 For pools, the deposit or a 100% upfront payment can be paid by card or by bank transfer. The balance is paid by bank transfer.
6.4 For a bank transfer, pay the full invoiced amount in the currency shown, with the payment reference from the invoice. Your bank's charges are yours.
6.5 For a full own-brand run, we invoice the 70% before the goods are ready to leave the factory. It is due within 5 days of the invoice date. The goods leave the factory only after it is paid.
6.6 If you do not pay the 70% on time, we keep your 30% payment to cover the costs of the factory order we committed to for you. The goods are made to your order, under your brand, and are hard to sell to anyone else. You then owe nothing further for that order, and the order ends. The goods stay ours. We will not sell them under your brand: we may remove your branding and sell them, or dispose of them.
6.7 For a quote on request, you pay as the accepted quote says.
6.8 We issue an invoice for each order and a separate shipping invoice (section 5).
7. Group-buy pools
7.1 A pool lets several buyers reach a factory's MOQ together. The full rules are in our Pool Rules. They are part of these terms.
7.2 In short:
- Each pool has one product variant, one branding mode and one shipping route: via Johor (for Malaysia and Singapore), to the United Kingdom, or to the Netherlands.
- Each pool has a target of 110–120% of the factory MOQ, tier prices and a deadline 2–4 weeks out.
- You pay a 30% deposit when you join. You may pay 100% upfront instead.
- You may leave with a full refund until the pool reaches its target. Once it fills, you cannot leave.
- When the target is reached, the pool closes and balance invoices go out. The balance is due within 5 days after the pool fills.
- If you do not pay the balance on time, we keep your deposit to cover the costs of the committed order, and your slot goes to the waitlist. You owe nothing further for those units.
- If the target is missed at the deadline, we extend once (for up to 7 days), take the remaining units ourselves (neutral, resellable products only), or cancel and refund every deposit in full.
- We place the factory order only after all balances are in.
- Pool money is kept in a separate Airwallex wallet. We do not spend it until the pool fills.
- Shipping, import duty and import taxes are invoiced separately (section 5).
7.3 Your contract for a pool is with BunBun Labs. You have no contract with the other buyers in the pool.
8. Branding
8.1 Neutral is the default. Neutral goods carry no factory name or logo. They may still carry marks that the law requires.
8.2 Own brand inside a pool is possible only where the factory allows several brands in one MOQ. The pool page shows the minimum per brand and the logo set-up fee. The Pool Rules (section 2) say when the fee is paid and refunded.
8.3 A full own-brand run covers a whole MOQ.
8.4 You must own the rights to the logo or brand you give us. You promise that your artwork does not break anyone else's rights. If someone claims that it does, you will cover our losses and costs from that claim. We may refuse artwork that we think breaks the law or someone else's rights.
8.5 Before production, we send you a proof of your artwork. Production starts only after you approve it. Check it carefully: spelling, colours, size and placement. Your approval is final. We are not responsible for errors in a proof you approved.
8.6 In the UK and the EU, the brand owner counts as the manufacturer for labelling and other product duties. If your brand is on the goods, that is you.
9. Delivery
9.1 This is how your goods travel:
- The factory ships to our hub: our shipping agent's consolidation warehouse in China. The goods are received, checked and packed for export there.
- We confirm the actual shipping, import duty and import taxes, and send you the shipping invoice (section 5).
- Once you have paid it, the agent ships the goods duty-paid (DDP). As importer of record, it clears customs and pays import duty and import taxes.
- The agent delivers to your delivery address.
9.2 Because the agent pays import duty and import taxes in advance, and you pay them to us in the shipping invoice, you do not pay them to customs or the carrier when the goods arrive.
9.3 We share tracking with you on WhatsApp.
9.4 We choose the shipping mode. Sea is the default. Air is available on request, at your cost: the higher air charge is in your shipping invoice. The product page (or your quote) shows the delivery windows. They are estimates, not promises. Delays at the factory, customs, port or carrier are outside our control.
9.5 Our trade is double-blind. You do not get factory contacts. Factories do not get your identity. We give a factory only quantities and branding files. We give our shipping agent your delivery name, address and phone. Please do not try to find or contact the factory. If you order under your own brand, the factory will see your logo or brand name, because it has to make it.
9.6 Give us a correct delivery address and a contact who can receive the goods. We may ask for more details, such as your tax or VAT number, to clear customs. If a delivery fails because of your address, or because nobody can receive it, the extra costs are yours.
9.7 If customs hold, seize or reject your goods:
- If this is because information you gave us was wrong or incomplete, you pay the extra costs (for example storage, inspection, return or destruction), and we do not refund the goods price.
- If this is because the goods are restricted in your country and the cause is on your side (the goods carry your brand, you asked for them by quote, or you needed a licence or permit that you did not have), the same applies.
- In every other case, we refund the goods price for the goods affected (section 12.7), plus any import duty or import taxes that customs pay back.
10. Title and risk
10.1 The goods are at our risk until they are delivered to your delivery address. After that, they are at your risk.
10.2 Ownership of the goods passes to you only when they are paid for in full: the goods price and the shipping invoice for them.
11. Checking goods on delivery
11.1 We sample every new product before its first listing or pool. For pooled lots and full-MOQ runs, a third party also inspects the goods before they ship. This does not replace your own check.
11.2 Check your goods when they arrive. Count the units and look for damage.
11.3 Report damage or shortage within 7 days of delivery, by WhatsApp or email. Include your order number and photos.
11.4 If you do not report in time, we may treat the delivery as complete and in good condition. This does not affect your warranty for defects you could not see on delivery.
11.5 If we confirm damage or shortage, we will replace the units, give you credit, or refund you for them. We choose which. Credit can be used against your future orders with us.
12. Warranty, returns and refunds
12.1 BunBun Labs gives you the same warranty that the factory gives us for that product. It starts on the day of delivery. The product page or your quote shows how long it lasts. If neither shows a period, it is 12 months.
12.2 The warranty covers defects in materials and manufacture that appear in normal use. It does not cover misuse, accidents, repairs or changes made by anyone other than us or the factory, normal wear and tear, or use against the product's instructions.
12.3 We replace dead-on-arrival units. A dead-on-arrival unit is one that does not work when you first use it as intended. Report it within 7 days of delivery. If we cannot replace it, we give you credit or a refund for it.
12.4 To make a claim, contact us by WhatsApp or email. Give your order number, a description of the problem, and photos or video.
12.5 If we accept a warranty claim, we repair or replace the unit, or give you credit or a refund for it. We choose which. As far as the law allows, the remedies in sections 11 and 12 are your only remedies for damage, shortage and defects.
12.6 Do not send goods back before we ask. Send us photos or video of the problem first. If we accept your claim, we either arrange and pay for the return shipping, or ask you to dispose of the units. We do not accept returns of goods that match your order: there are no change-of-mind returns for business buyers.
12.7 When we owe you a refund, we pay it within 14 days of the day the refund becomes due. We pay it to the original payment method, in the currency you paid. A refund becomes due, for example, on the day we cancel your order or line, the day a pool is cancelled, the day we confirm that you have left a pool, or the day we accept a claim and choose a refund. A deposit or payment we keep under section 6.6 or the Pool Rules (section 6) is not refunded.
12.8 Pool refunds follow the Pool Rules.
13. Our liability
13.1 Our total liability to you for anything connected with an order is capped at the amount you paid for that order.
13.2 We are not liable for indirect loss or for lost profit.
13.3 Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit. This includes death or personal injury caused by negligence, and fraud.
14. Suspension and ending
14.1 We may suspend or close your account, refuse orders, or stop a delivery if:
- you give false or incomplete information
- you do not pay on time
- you break these terms or the Pool Rules
- you misuse the site or the AI assistant
- we suspect fraud
- you are no longer a business buyer
- the law requires it
14.2 We will tell you when we do this and, where we can, why.
14.3 You can close your account at any time by contacting us. Orders you have already confirmed stay in place, unless these terms or the Pool Rules let you leave.
14.4 Ending an account does not cancel what you already owe us or what we already owe you.
15. Changes to these terms
15.1 We may change these terms. The date at the top of the page shows when they last changed.
15.2 A change applies to orders confirmed after it is published. An order you have already confirmed stays on the terms in force when you ordered.
15.3 If we make an important change, we will tell you by WhatsApp or email.
15.4 If the law requires a change, it may apply sooner.
16. General
16.1 These terms, the Pool Rules and any accepted written quote are the whole agreement for an order.
16.2 If part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest stays in force.
16.3 You may not transfer an order to someone else without our written consent. We may transfer our rights and duties to a business that takes over ours.
16.4 No one except you and BunBun Labs can enforce these terms.
16.5 We are not liable for a delay or failure caused by something outside our reasonable control, such as a natural disaster, a port or customs closure, a strike, war or government action. We will tell you and give a new delivery estimate.
16.6 We contact you by WhatsApp or email, using the details in your account. You can contact us as set out in section 1.4.
17. Governing law and disputes
17.1 Scots law governs these terms and any dispute about them. The courts of Scotland have exclusive jurisdiction.
17.2 If you have a problem, please contact us first by WhatsApp or email. We will try to sort it out.
