About SlayDots
SlayDots is a sourcing service for small businesses. You buy factory-direct supplies and see one delivered price, in your own currency, up front. We sell to businesses only, in Malaysia, Singapore, the United Kingdom and the Netherlands.
Who we are
SlayDots is run by BUNBUN LABS LIMITED, a UK company registered in Scotland (company number SC896662). We are the seller on every order: you buy from us, not from the factory or from our shipping agent.
How a group buy works
A group buy (called a “pool” in our rules) lets several businesses order together, so that between them they reach the factory’s minimum order quantity. Each business’s commitment is a dot. When enough dots light up, the factory order goes ahead.
- Pick your quantity and join with a 30% deposit. You may pay 100% upfront instead.
- When the group buy fills, we send a balance invoice. It is due within 5 days.
- If you do not pay the balance on time, you lose your deposit and your slot goes to the waitlist.
- If the target is missed at the deadline, we extend once, take the remaining units ourselves (neutral, resellable products only), or cancel and refund every deposit in full.
The AI assistant
The chat assistant is an AI, not a person. It can make mistakes, and nothing it says is binding. A person approves every binding quote. You can talk to a person on WhatsApp.
