SlayDots Cookie Notice

Last updated: 25 October 2026

The short version

  • We use essential cookies only.
  • They keep the site working. We do not use them for advertising or analytics, or to track you across other sites.
  • Essential cookies do not need your consent, so there is no cookie banner.

What cookies are

A cookie is a small file that a website saves in your browser. Essential cookies are the ones a site needs in order to work.

The cookies we use

BUNBUN LABS LIMITED runs SlayDots. Our essential cookies remember your language and your country, keep your chat with the AI assistant together, keep you signed in, and remember where to take you after you open a sign-in link.

CookieWhat it doesHow long it lasts
NEXT_LOCALERemembers the language the site shows you, for example after you change it.Until you close your browser.
marketRemembers the country you chose, so the site opens on that country's catalog and prices. Set only when you change country.1 year.
chat_sidA random ID that links your messages to one conversation with the AI assistant. It holds no personal details. Set when you use the chat.30 days.
sign_in_nextRemembers the page you were on when you asked for an emailed sign-in link, so that opening the link in the same browser takes you back there. It holds only a page address on this site, and it can only be read by the sign-in link page. It is set only when you ask for a sign-in link, and removed when you open the link.Up to 1 day.
sb-…-auth-tokenKeeps you signed in. Set only when you sign in. The middle of the name depends on our server. A long sign-in may be split into parts ending .0, .1 and so on.Up to 400 days, or until you sign out.

Cookies from payment providers

When you pay, you go to a payment page run by Airwallex or Stripe. They may set their own cookies on their pages, for example for security and fraud prevention. Their own cookie notices explain them.

A link shared from SlayDots can carry a referral code and the app it was sent through, in the address itself. That is not a cookie: nothing is stored in your browser. We count shares and visits on our server without cookies.

If you sign in after opening a shared link, the referral code stays in the page address you are taken to (for example a quote, checkout or group buy page), so we can credit the person who shared it. It is never saved in a cookie, localStorage or any other storage of its own. The one exception is the page address in the sign_in_next cookie above: if you ask for an emailed sign-in link, that address may include the code, for up to one day, so the link can find it. If you do not sign in, the code is forgotten when you leave the page.

Other technical data

We also collect your IP address and device information to run and protect the site. Our Privacy Notice explains how we use it.

Your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block essential cookies, parts of the site may stop working.

If this changes

If we add analytics or other non-essential cookies, we will ask for your consent first and update this notice.
